| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、『義務教育道徳与法治課程標準（2022年版）』の分析を通じて、中国の道徳科目における「生命」の位置づけについて検討することである。中国における従来の道徳科目では、小学校低学年において交通安全や避難方法など自身を守ることを通じて「生命」の大切さを自覚させようとしていた。また中・高学年では、違法な薬物等から距離をとることが「生命」との関連で示されていた。危険から身を守ることを中心に「生命」について指導する特徴があった。いじめが社会問題化した後に公布された『義務教育道徳与法治課程標準（2022年版）』では、より幅広い文脈で「生命」が取り上げられるようになった。「生命」に対する畏敬の念が示されるようになり、「安全」や「健康」との関係で「生命」が語られるようになった。加えて、「生命権」として表記するなど、法律との関係性の中にも位置づけられることになった。道徳教育と法治教育をまとめて指導する科目が成立したことを反映し、「生命」について法治教育の文脈からも教授されるようになったことが窺える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examines the positioning of “Life” as a theme in moral education in China through an analysis of the Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Moral and Legal Education (2022 Edition).Traditional moral education in China aimed at raising awareness of the value of life among students in the lower grades of elementary school by teaching them ways to protect themselves, including traffic safety and evacuation procedures. In junior high and high school, students were taught about substance abuse prevention in relation to life. This approach to moral education is characterized by in its teachings on life, which focus on protecting oneself from danger. The 2022 edition of the Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Moral and Legal Education, published after bullying became a social issue, addressed the matter of life in a broader context. These standards demonstrated a new sense of reverence for life and discussed life in connection with health and safety. Life also came to be positioned in relation to the law, with the use of the expression “right to life.” Thus, by establishing a subject teaching moral education in conjunction with education on the law, education on life became established in the context of legal education as well. | |||||
