| 内容記述 | COVID-19 の流行により、大学でインターネットを利用したいわゆるオンラインの遠隔授業（同時双方向型、オンデマンド型）が行われている。COVID-19 流行以前から大学設置基準において２単位の講義・演習においては90 時間の学修時間が必要であるとされ、COVID-19 の流行に対応した遠隔授業においても文科省通知及びQ＆A が学修時間の確保の必要性を再確認している。また、従来から大学設置基準を受けたメディア授業告示においてメディア授業を行うことができるとされていたが、2020 年３月24 日付けの文科省通知及びそのQ＆A により面接授業に相当する教育効果を有することの必要性が確認された。このような遠隔授業におけるアクティブ・ラーニングにおいては、サイバー空間を「教室」と想定した上での教室内での学習、教室外での課題と質疑応答、学生の意見交換の場の提供等が重要な意義を有する。今後、COVID-19 の流行が去ったとしても、遠隔授業を含めた様々な授業方法の組合せにより、アクティブ・ラーニングの実現と「生涯に亘って学び続ける力、主体的に考える力」を養えるようなカリキュラムデザインが必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so-called online distance learning (simultaneous interactive and on-demand (providing videos or other materials)) using the Internet has been conducted at universities. Since before the COVID-19 pandemic, 90 hours of study time is required for a 2-credit lecture or seminar according to the Standards for Establishment of Universities. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) has reaffirmed the necessity of securing study hours in distance learning. In addition, although media classes have traditionally been allowed in the Media Class Notification following the Standards for the Establishment of Universities, the MEXT notice dated March 24, 2020 and its Q&A confirmed the necessity of having educational effects equivalent to simultaneous interview classes. In such active learning in distance learning, it is important to provide opportunities for learning inside the classroom, assignments and question-and-answer sessions outside the classroom, and exchange of opinions among students, assuming that cyberspace is the "classroom".
