 note = {application/pdf, COVID-19 の流行により、大学でインターネットを利用したいわゆるオンラインの遠隔授業（同時双方向型、オンデマンド型）が行われている。COVID-19 流行以前から大学設置基準において２単位の講義・演習においては90 時間の学修時間が必要であるとされ、COVID-19 の流行に対応した遠隔授業においても文科省通知及びQ＆A が学修時間の確保の必要性を再確認している。また、従来から大学設置基準を受けたメディア授業告示においてメディア授業を行うことができるとされていたが、2020 年３月24 日付けの文科省通知及びそのQ＆A により面接授業に相当する教育効果を有することの必要性が確認された。このような遠隔授業におけるアクティブ・ラーニングにおいては、サイバー空間を「教室」と想定した上での教室内での学習、教室外での課題と質疑応答、学生の意見交換の場の提供等が重要な意義を有する。今後、COVID-19 の流行が去ったとしても、遠隔授業を含めた様々な授業方法の組合せにより、アクティブ・ラーニングの実現と「生涯に亘って学び続ける力、主体的に考える力」を養えるようなカリキュラムデザインが必要である。, Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so-called online distance learning (simultaneous interactive and on-demand (providing videos or other materials)) using the Internet has been conducted at universities.
