| 内容記述 | 新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の感染拡大に伴って，わが国では本来は非のないはずの感染者に対する偏見や差別的言動を耳にする機会が増えた。こうした偏見や差別意識は感染の秘匿への圧力となり，公衆衛生上の脅威となるため，その予防や対策のためにCOVID-19 感染者への偏見や差別意識の寄与因を検討する必要がある。そこで本研究では，COVID-19 感染者への偏見や差別意識との関連が予測される変数群を用いて，その寄与因を探索的に検討した。245 名の大学生がオンライン調査に参加した。結果から，大学生においてCOVID-19 感染者への偏見や差別意識は全般的に抑制されていることと，行動免疫システムやCOVID-19 恐怖，二分法的思考，文化的自己観，自己愛的甘え，正義感などが偏見や差別意識に寄与していることが見出された。感染者への偏見や差別意識への寄与因について，風邪やインフルエンザ感染者にも共通する要因と，COVID-19 感染者に特有の要因に分けて考察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Increasing prejudices and discrimination against COVID-19 infected people that are not responsible for the infection are reported with the spread of the illness in Japan. These prejudices and discriminatory attitudes threaten public health because they pressure people to keep their infection status hidden from the public. It is necessary to examine contributors to prejudices and discriminatory attitudes toward COVID-19 infected people to take countermeasures against these problems. This study investigated possible contributors using variables predicted to be associated with prejudices and discriminatory attitudes toward COVID-19 infected individuals. An online survey was administered with 245 university students. The results indicated that the university students generally suppressed prejudices and discriminatory attitudes, and that behavioral immune system, fear of COVID-19, dichotomous thinking, cultural view of the self, narcissistic “amae” (indulgence), and the sense of justice contributed to prejudices and discrimination. We have discussed these contributors by categorizing them as factors that are common to cold and/or influenza infection and that are specific to COVID-19 infection. | |||||
