| 内容記述 | In most case of psychotherapy, it is very important for any analyst to deal with client's shame feeling, for almost all clients are vulnerable to any kind of negative feeling of the other (especially analyst) and are prone to experience shame feeling. This paper aims at description of clinical characteristics of "hyper-vigilant type" of narcissistic personality disorder and examination of problems of dealing with shame feeling, Two clinical instances are presented. | |||||
