| 内容記述 | 本論文では学業不振で意欲に乏しく、卒業の意向を問うてもはっきりした応答が得られない学生にとっての「卒業」の意味を検討した。明確な目標を持つ学生の意欲をモデルとして、意欲を構成する要素について検討した。その結果、①目標の明確さ、②価値を感じられる目標、③その活動自体に対する自己充足感、④内側から生じてくる願望、⑤実現への問題解決を支える力の５つが挙げられた。①～⑤の要素についてさらに考察をした後、意欲に乏しい学生にとっての「卒業」の意味について再検討した。「卒業」には社会的要請が含まれるが、それに対してこのような学生は自分の願望をうまくつかむことができず、実感をもって応答することができないと考えられる。このような学生を支援する際には、学生自身の願望を少しずつ実現していく経験を通して自己の感覚をつかんでいくことが重要であるとした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examines the meaning of “graduation” for students who are academically underachieving, lack motivation, and do not respond clearly when asked about their intention to graduate. Using the motivation of students with clear goals as a model, we examined the components of motivation. As a result, five elements were identified: (1) clearness of goals, (2) valuable goals, (3) a sense of self-fulfillment in the activity itself, (4) aspirations that arise from within, and (5) the ability to support problem-solving for realization. After further discussion of elements (1) through (5), we revisited the meaning of “graduation” for students who lack motivation. “Graduation” includes social demands, to which these students are unable to respond with a sense of realization because they are unable to grasp their own aspirations. When supporting such students, it is important to help them gain a sense of self through the experience of gradually realizing their own aspirations. |
