| 内容記述 | 大学の学生相談機関で相談活動を行うカウンセラーは、臨床心理士を養成する指定大学院などで臨床心理の訓練を受けている者が多い。しかし、これらのカウンセラーが学生相談の領域において自らの専門性を構築するにあたり様々な困難が存在することがこれまで指摘されてきた。本論では、専門性を形成する上での困難を検討するために一つの事例として、筆者が大学院での訓練を経て、学生相談でカウンセラーとして働き始めた頃に直面した困難を取り上げた。また、その後、転機となった職員やカウンセラーとの出会いや、転機が訪れたが故に相談活動において生じた課題を挙げ、一連の過程の分析を通して学生相談領域における専門性について考察した。最後にカウンセラーが自らの専門性や多様なアイデンティティを築く上で、学生や大学で働く人々などを含めた「現場性」が重要になることを論じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Many of the counselors working at counseling centers in Japanese higher education institution have received clinical training in psychology at graduate schools. It has been indicated that there are various hindrances which make the formation of the specialties in the field difficult. In this paper, the experience of one counselor who almost finished his clinical training at graduate school and started his carrier at a Japanese student counseling center was presented and the difficulties were discussed. Finally, the students and the people working on the ground is an inevitable part in building the counselorʼs specialty and identity as a counselor who is working in this field. |
