内容記述 | Recent years with heightened concern over food safety and quality, there are continued cases of forgery of food quality labels. The information asymmetry between supplier and consumer can be considered as one of the causes. This means that not only are consumers are at risk of purchasing food that may be harmful, the food market is also at risk. As a prevention, the government is required to place strict regulations and effective monitoring. In order to increase external trust, suppliers must have strong control over its internal organization. Consumers need to actively increase their knowledge and participation concerning food safety. It is also important for the three parties to join in discussions to ensure food safety and trust. | |||||
