| 内容記述 | In recent years, the variety of borderless environmental issues are becoming a major public concern. In order to solve this issue, it is suggested by the game theory that a transfer of capital and technology from developed countries to developing countries is necessary. In order to encourage the transfer, it implies that the official development assistance (ODA) by the public sector will need to make environment related information accessible, develop environmental technology, establish environmental policies and conduct strategic environmental assessment (SEA). Furthermore, for the transfer of technology to occur, it will be necessary for the private sector to consolidate its information on technology and firms from developed countries will also need to consider its corporate social responsibility (CSR) which can be met through the transfer of technology. Concerning investment from the private sector, it will be important to focus on first, increasing investors; secondly, to reduce the risk and increase a return on the investment; and thirdly to increase information and the ability to evaluate an investment decision. | |||||
