| 内容記述 | 高等学校の新課程地歴・公民科においては「歴史総合」「地理総合」を１年生に、「公共」を2年生に配置することが望ましい。そして、人間の営みを時間軸と空間軸で捉えた上で、現代の論点となっている問題について深く考察し、議論する力を身につけさせたい。現時点における最重要論点は、国際政治経済のブロック化の進展とわが国の安全保障と結びついた憲法改正問題であろう。18歳選挙を視野に入れ、教育の政治的中立性に配慮しつつ、高等学校の授業の中でこれらの問題を正面から議論することを提案する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the “Geography and History” and “Civics” of the new high school curriculum, it is desirable to place “History Synthesis” and “Geography Synthesis” in the first grade and “Public” in the second grade. I would like students to acquire the ability to deeply consider and discuss the contemporary issues, based on a temporal and spatial understanding of human activities. The most important issues at the moment are probably the development of international political and economic blocs and the issue of constitutional reform in connection with the national security of Japan. I propose that these issues be discussed openly in high school classes, with an eye to the 1 １8-year-old election, while paying attention to the political neutrality of education. | |||||
