| 内容記述 | This paper is aim to clarify the awareness among teachers and staff regarding student support and advising based on two questionnaire surveys executed in Konan University. The first survey was done by the student counseling room in 2004, and the second survey was done by the Student-life support committee in 2009. The following three points are showed from the comparison of results of the two surveys and from the category division of free descriptions: First, the concern for the student support of teachers and staff seems to have risen in these five years. Second, the shift "from mental problem to manners problem" is seen from what situation the teachers and staff feel difficulty in student advising. The third, many teachers and staff feel the necessity of obtaining and sharing of the information about student support. At the end is considered the problem which should be thought in the future: that is, although we have personal sense of values, we have to do what should be provided to each student in light of the mission of the student support of Konan University. |
