The first survey was done by the student counseling room in 2004, and the second survey was done by the Student-life support committee in 2009. The following three points are showed from the comparison of results of the two surveys and from the category division of free descriptions: First, the concern for the student support of teachers and staff seems to have risen in these five years. Second, the shift "from mental problem to manners problem" is seen from what situation the teachers and staff feel difficulty in student advising. The third, many teachers and staff feel the necessity of obtaining and sharing of the information about student support.
