{"created":"2023-05-15T14:45:03.794422+00:00","id":4423,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c3e088af-3f0e-41a0-98f0-5577a8fe2147"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"4423","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4423"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:konan-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004423","sets":["3:634"]},"author_link":["7883"],"control_number":"4423","item_10006_date_granted_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2022-09-16"}]},"item_10006_degree_grantor_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"甲南大学"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{}]}]},"item_10006_degree_name_8":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（社会学）","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"令和4年度(2022年度)","subitem_description_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本論文では、養育者の意向が反映される放課後に着目し、学齢期にある発達障害児の母親は育児を通してどのような主観的経験を得ているのか、何を契機に子どもに対する保護機能と自立機能を調整するのか、社会状況を含め明らかにし、学齢期発達障害児の母親への支援について提言を行った。\n第１章では、学齢期の障害児支援に関する国の検討会の議論をとりあげ、学齢期の親支援をめぐる従事者・保護者間の葛藤および放課後等デイサービス事業が本来機能を果たせていない背景を明らかにし、現在の障害児支援体制を発達障害児に適用した場合の課題について検討した。第2章では、放課後対策の動向から、その時々の国の放課後に関する方針・姿勢を明らかにし、子どもや家族の放課後にどのような現象を起こしうるのか、発達障害のある子どもと母親へどのようなメッセージになるのかを考察した。現在、放課後には多様な公的事業や民間活動が用意されている。国から理想的な放課後生活も示される中、活動利用のための公的支援はないまま、活動利用および結果の責任は変わらず家族にあり、それは発達障害児の家族も同様である。第3章では、地域小学校在籍児童の保護者に対する質問紙調査から、発達障害児の放課後のすごし方は、従来の障害児の放課後とは異なり、定型発達児に重なることを実証した。第4章では、ライフヒストリー法により、学齢期発達障害児の母親の育児を通した経験や感情、放課後活動の意味づけとその変化を明らかにした。2013年から2017年にかけて年1回（計4回）実施したインタビューから、①母親は、放課後活動の選択利用にあたり子どもの希望を尊重しながらも、定型発達児と比べて劣っている・遅れている力を引き上げることに比重を置き、障害児を対象とする活動、子ども全般を対象とする活動を選択利用していたこと、②放課後活動を母親が見直す契機は、進級や進学による放課後時間の短縮のほか、以前は認められなかった子どもの姿に遭遇した時であること、③放課後活動の選択利用とその変更には、直接的・間接的に、「社会的居場所」が関与していたことが示された。構造上、現状では的確な助言を得られぬまま、放課後のすごし方などについて、子どもの意思に沿うのか将来のための取組みを優先するのか、母親がひとりで判断せざるを得ない状況に置かれている。就学以降も子どもと家族（母親）に伴走し続ける支援体制が求められる。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第121号"}]},"item_10006_text_23":{"attribute_name":"注記","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"ja","subitem_text_value":"本論文をもとに個人情報保護に配慮したうえで出版刊行を予定しているため、差し支えのない範囲で論文内容（要約）を公表する。"}]},"item_10006_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_be7fb7dd8ff6fe43","subitem_version_type":"NA"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
