Liaoning is located in the northeastern part of China. Liaoning has Lushun and Dalian, which were historically the ruins of the Russo-Japanese War and Japan's lease lands. It also has Shenyang, where the Manchurian Incident happened in 1931. I remembered South Manchuria Railways and the Sino-Japanese War when I visited there. On the other hand, geographically under the reform and opening-up policy, its industry has been developed and the living standard of the people there has been improved.
