However, in order to pursue the ideal of \"History Synthesis,\" it is necessary to place \"History Syn thesis\" as a substantial en trance examination subject, and to think of the skills that can be fostered through this subject as different from the ones that can be developed through \"Japanese History Inquiry\" and \"World History Inquiry.\" As for the former, I propose that \"History Synthesis,\" \"History Synthesis and Japanese History Inquiry\" or \"History Synthesis and World History Inquiry\" should be entrance examination subjects.
