Faculty of Letters}, month = {Mar}, note = {application/pdf, This study intended to investigate the effects of a universal-typed psycho-education about traumatic memory recall in Japanese students at two different universities. Seventy-five participants at one university and forty-eight participants at another university completed two sessions of psycho-education and all assessments. The result of this study suggests that the universal-typed psycho-education may be effective in decreasing the feeling of anxiety towards traumatic memory recall. From the findings of this study, it is also indicated that the psycho-education may be effective in increasing the self-efficacy towards coping with recall and helping traumatized people.
