全国健康保険協会のレセプトデータおよび特定健診データを用いて, 中小企業の従業者の健康格差を示し,健診活動との関係について分析を行う｡第１に, 全国健康保険協会兵庫支部の特定健診のデータ, レセプトデータ及び問診データを突号し, 業態単位で事業所の生活習慣, 健康状態ならびに医療費の特徴を把握する｡第２に, 事業所の健診受診者に焦点をあて, 業態単位で健診受診者の疾患の特徴と医療費の傾向を明らかにする｡最後に, 第１と第２の結果を踏まえ,
