{"created":"2023-05-15T14:42:49.918181+00:00","id":1561,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"8abc8ce5-8776-44e3-8ce6-64a5134d824b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":20,"id":"1561","owners":[20],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1561"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:konan-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001561","sets":["3:225"]},"author_link":["2861"],"control_number":"1561","item_10006_date_granted_11":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2015-03-31"}]},"item_10006_degree_grantor_9":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_language":"ja","subitem_degreegrantor_name":"甲南大学"}],"subitem_degreegrantor_identifier":[{}]}]},"item_10006_degree_name_8":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士(理学)","subitem_degreename_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_description_10":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年度","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成26年度(2014年度)","subitem_description_language":"ja"}]},"item_10006_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10006_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ヤブレツボカビ類は無色の単細胞生物であり、ストラメノパイル生物群のラビリンチュラ菌綱に属している。海の有機物分解は、原核生物の細菌類によって行われる微生物ループが、一般的に知られているが、真核生物の分解者はあまり大きく取り上げられてこなかった。ところが近年、真核従属栄養生物であるヤブレツボカビ類がその生息域の広さと現存量の大きさから、海洋生態系の中で重要な役割を果たしている可能性が示唆されてきている。しかしながら、ヤブレツボカビ類が年間を通してどのような細胞密度の変動をしているのか、どの属や種が生態的に重要なのか、といった情報はほとんどなかった。\nそこで本研究は、河口域と沿岸域の4定点で、約6年間、1ヶ月ごとに継続的な調査を行った。まず、ヤブレツボカビ類の細胞密度を測定したところ、春から夏にかけて数回の急激な増減が観測され、この現象を「ヤブレツボカビ・スパイク」と名付けた。スパイクの発生に対しては、降雨による塩分低下と水温上昇との関係が示唆された。スパイク発生時を除いた河口域のヤブレツボカビ類の炭素量バイオマスは、浮遊性細菌類の1.59%に相当していた。そのサイズの違いによって栄養段階に1つ差があるため、エネルギー転送効率を10%と仮定した場合、ヤブレツボカビ類から動物プランクトンに達するエネルギーは、浮遊性細菌類の15.9%にもなることが予想され、物質循環の中で無視できない影響力をもっていることが推察された。また、分離株の分子系統解析から、10の未同定系統群を含む、多様な系統群の存在が明らかになった。そして、河口域と沿岸域では主要系統群が異なっており、それぞれで違う有機物を栄養源としている可能性が考えられた。さらに、それぞれの定点では季節によって出現する系統群が移り変わっていたことから、ヤブレツボカビ類は系統群ごとに、水温、塩分、栄養源などの環境要因によって、棲み分けをしている可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第88号"}]},"item_10006_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.14990/00001553","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10006_version_type_18":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
