| 内容記述 | This paper aims at showing self-evaluation of Student Counseling in the case of one private university, using successive (or time-series) data of several evaluation indexes of past 15 years after current student counseling room started. First, 6 axes for evaluation are presented, which are named "the capability of counseling, of developmental support to every student, of study, of management, of network, and of social action". Then some quantitative indexes are picked up and those time-series plots are showed in one graphic figure. From the time-series representation of self-evaluation, the author identifies the 15years' process as life cycle of one organization. Significant strategy to achieve objective of each phase is as follows; "showing the vision" in the starting period, "showing the record" in the growth period, and "showing the empirical knowledge" in the mature period. |
